As we age we move slower, the steps aren’t as quick nor near as bouncy, we sleep late and go to bed early, we eat less and gain more weight, my goodness. I am getting frustrated just thinking about it all! It should not be any shock that our back ages just like the rest of us but it can create an even bigger problem than the slower steps we endure since the back gives us the structure we need for our body.
