Everybody needs to doze off. However, given the jampacked times nowadays, sleep has become a gift. FDA regulations would allow you to buy the drug no matter how many times you take it, but if it isn't regulated, like melatonin, then you should not just take it impulsively. You have no idea how powerful melatonin can be, which is why you need to take care with it. The slightest dose can knock you out for a few hours. Therefore, it's always wise to ask your physician's opinion first before you choose to use it.

Quite a number of records can vouche for the effectiveness of melatonin compared to other brands of sleeping pills. They all guarantee you a satisfying slumber, but you would undoubtedly choose to take melatonin. Enjoy dreamland!
