Aluminum sulphate is used to etch lines in printing industry and is used as a mordant for dying textiles. Aluminum is a fine heat conductor so it is used for making coolers for machines. You can make your garden soil more acidic by adding aluminum sulphate to it.

Aluminium is an excellent metal to make drinking cans, which is very cost effective. The best part about aluminium is that it can be recycled into cans or useful aluminium material, which conserves energy.

Aluminium is also used to make foil, which keeps food warm and protected. Foil can be used to wrap up rooms in winter to keep it warm. A huge sheet of foil, pasted on the insulation board can prevent the heat from escaping. Putting aluminium sheet around an outside light makes the light shine brighter. It can also be used to scrap the rust from your car, with the help of coke.

As you can see there are many uses for aluminum in industry, our homes and vechicles, plus much more. It is indeed the world¡¦s most versatile metal and effects 60% of the world¡¦s economy. It¡¦s value has only been discovered during the last 150 years although it has been used by the Chinese since 300 AD. Aluminum is certainly an element that effects almost every aspect of our lives.
